MOHO Limoncello Story

MOHO Limoncello, all started because of a trip to St. Augustine, FL. Holly and I took a weekend trip to St Augustine in January of 2021 to get out after the long, drawn-out pandemic year 2020. While driving to St. Augustine, we stopped by one of our good friend's house to visit and have lunch. While visiting, Angela asked if I would look at her backyard for a project that she wanted to be done. As I was walking around the corner of her house, I ran into a large lemon tree. This tree had some of the larges lemons I had ever seen. I ask what are you doing with all of these lemons. Angela said well I make lemonade, but most of them fall to the ground and get thrown away. I asked if I could get some of them when we returned from St Augustine, she said sure. Upon our return, Angela had picked close to 30 large lemons. Many more than I could squeeze for lemonade. So as Holly and I were driving home, we talked about what could we do with all of these lemons. Since we both enjoy Italy and Limoncello, so we decided to look up how to make Limoncello. Since it was one of our favorite drinks. That is how MOHO Limoncello was born.....
